Amaranth Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation and NDIS provider working across the rural communities of southern NSW and NE Victoria, focused on partnering with NDIS participants to help them achieve their life and career goals. 

Amaranth is supporting an increasing number of participants, and we are excited to be looking for an dynamic, organised, and engaging person to join the team in reception. This position is a full-time role but could be flexible for someone who is currently studying in the field of administration.

Amaranth works in the field of disability and aged care, so the successful applicant would benefit from having a caring and warm nature, and an interest in helping people.

This front of house reception position, coupled with administrative duties is busy, but the successful applicant will be trained and provided support.

The key responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage receptionist duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Internal and External Customer service
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • General office admin tasks

This is a fun yet diverse position and the successful applicant will need to have an eye for detail and take ownership of their work. The applicant must be willing to learn and to be able to accept constructive feedback when being trained.

Reporting Arrangements & Accountability 

Amaranth Foundation’s voluntary skills-based Board is responsible to people with disabilities and their families and care givers, funding bodies and the community for all aspects of service delivery and management of the Foundation. This responsibility is delegated through the Chief Executive Officer to staff.

The Receptionist reports to the Administration Manager.

Terms and conditions of Employment

  • Full Time
  • Location: COROWA
  • As per Trainee Award
  • A 6 month probationary period applies.
