We provide essential crisis and emergency support for people experiencing food and housing insecurity, plus those with living with the impacts of disasters. Since 2009, Amaranth Foundation has been helping over 30,000 people living in small rural communities with Food Relief and Crisis Housing. Our Disaster and Trauma Programs with Lived Experience Specialists and Trauma Clinicians have supported and assisted hundreds of people living in fire affected communities in the 2019-2020 fires. Our Mental Health Clinicians and staff have supported hundreds of people with physical and psychosocial disabilities find

support, meaning and hope, and our grief and loss support groups and therapy programs are continually sought out by rural people across southern NSW.

Your generous donation will assist us in working towards reducing the rising rates of mental health and insecurity in our rural communities, specifically smaller rural communities in Southern NSW. Any donation – no matter how big or small – or a gift in your Will, creates incredible change – for people, for the community and allows our proud work to continue.
