What is an Employee Assisted Program (EAP)?
An EAP is a partnership between a company and an accredited business to provide comprehensive group and individualised support or therapy, health and well-being programs and services for organisations, employees and their families.
In this case, the EAP is between Rivalea, Diamond Valley Pork and the Amaranth Foundation, whereby the Amaranth Foundations experienced clinicians and support workers provide assistance in a number of areas.
